The Christmas Box International Holiday Cards

How are you saying "Season's Greetings" this year?

Celebrate the season with cards featuring artwork by the Christmas Box kids to send to family, friends, clients & coworkers.

A package of a dozen cards includes three of each the beautiful prints featured above. Proceeds from these cards will help children, teens and young adults who are victims of abuse, neglect and homelessness served by The Christmas Box International! These cards will send a holiday message to your family, friends, clients, and coworkers sharing the difference you are making in our community this giving season.

Each card measures 6"W by 4.5"H and features artwork created by a child served by a Christmas Box House. The inside heartwarming message of the card is:

May the meaning of Christmas be deeper,
its Friendships stronger, its Hopes brighter,
and may you find lasting Peace in the New Year.

Christmas in July

July is a favorite month at The Christmas Box International, a time of year filled with the leisurely summertime activities that kids love most. Whether it’s catching a baseball game, watching the fireworks, riding their favorite Lagoon ride or diving headfirst into swimming, you can bet our kids have plenty to keep them busy in the months ahead.

That’s why we are dubbing this month Christmas in July, and we need your help!

We are calling on you to help us keep our programs running smoothly and stock our summer supplies. And the possibilities are tailored to YOU:

Host a neighborhood barbecue for friends (with a suggested donation per plate). Ask coworkers to participate in a “Dress Down Day” where they pay $5 to wear jean shorts and flip flops. Sponsor a local walk-a-thon, pet parade or 5K. Give your customers an opportunity to donate through “Change Round-Ups” or adding $1 to their purchase.

Anyone can host a fundraiser, and we are here to help you along the way. For more ideas, click here.

If you are interested in making an in-kind donation of items such as summer pajamas, therapy toys and bug spray, click here to see our full Christmas in July wish list.

If you would like to host a fundraiser in July, please contact our Development Director Gina Barker at 801-747-2201 or gina@thechristmasboxhouse.org.

Love Utah Give Utah

What is Love Utah Give Utah?

Excerpt from the Love Utah Give Utah Page:

Love UT Give UT is a one-day virtual event that encourages all residents of Utah to contribute to the nonprofit organization of their choice through a single online giving platform. Love UT Give UT is modeled after many similar events across the country, including Park City’s “Live PC Give PC”. The Community Foundation of Utah is leading the statewide campaign. Our vision is to be a driving force in improving Utah's future. We help gather both the assets and the ideas that will serve Utah for good and forever. In short, we are a catalyst for philanthropy that is visionary, sustainable, inclusive and engaged. Our mission is to harness Utah’s entrepreneurial spirit in service to the common good.

Oh Thursday, March 26th, Utahns will have one day to participate as a statewide community to support its charities. Donate to the charity of your choice, and if it is The Christmas Box International just go to: http://loveutgiveut.razoo.com/story/Christmas-Box to make your donation.
